First Dental Visit

During your first visit we mainly want to get to know you and your unique dental needs. We will introduce you to our staff and show you around our practice. By the end of your visit we hope you will consider our practice your dental home.

We will first discuss your medical history and our

fees and payment solutions. Unless you have an emergency, the first visit will be primarily a thorough exam and a set of digital x-rays for Dr. Ev to evaluate. Upon diagnosis, a treatment plan will be developed and discussed.

At this first visit, we will review your health history and dental concerns. We use a program called Dental Fitness which is an oral health “wellness” program.

Dr. Ev does a thorough four-point exam:

  1. Health of gums and bone

  2. Decay control

  3. Function - bite support and wear

  4. Appearance

Be prepared for your first visit by downloading our Registration and Health History. Please print, complete, and bring them on your first visit.

Upon completion of the first visit, payment is due.

For our customers with insurance, you may only need to pay your deductible.
